under the silent moon.

Sitting on the dock
underneath the quarter moon
looking into the water,
reflections barely visible
listening to the radio

finding ourselves move closer to each other
unaware of what comes next
under the waiting moon.

Standing on a rolling hilltop
underneath the new moon
looking over the horizon
seeing all creation
